Policy on turn outs: On a medical turn out contestants get
their money back with a med. or vet release. That province has the chance to
roll up and fill the position. The contestant can't enter a rodeo of any kind
for 8 days after Canadians. If they do, they are fined their fees plus $50. All
other turn outs pay their fees.
